Using our store
You must be able to form legally binding contracts to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details secure.

 

Products and pricing
We try to display product information and pricing accurately, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

 

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

 

Shipping and returns
Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Neat Hive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. This doesn't exclude any guarantee, right, or remedy you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
